This document outlines the relationship between you (the Buyer or User) and Combi Malaysia regarding your use of our website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. We advise you to review and retain a copy for future reference.
We reserve the right to amend these terms without notice. It is recommended that you review them periodically for any updates. If you disagree with any of the terms, please discontinue use of the Site. Changes will not apply to confirmed orders, unless required by law.
When registering on the Site, ensure your information is accurate and complete. By providing your information, you confirm your identity and eligibility to use the Site. Payment details should also be accurate and match the previously provided information.
We may decline an order at our discretion.
Prices displayed may change without notice; however, changes will not affect confirmed orders. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be calculated and shown at checkout.
When using a payment card, ensure you have authorization from the card owner. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by banks related to payment cards. We take reasonable steps to keep order and payment information secure; however, we are not liable for losses due to unauthorized third-party access beyond our control.
Your ordered products will be packed within 3 working days from the day the order confirmation is issued. The packed order will be delivered within 7-14 working days in West Malaysia and 14-21 working days in East Malaysia. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including those caused by carriers or customs.
After delivery (upon signed receipt), you assume responsibility for the goods. Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided. We reserve the right to reject delivery to incomplete addresses.
If you miss the delivery, please self-collect from the courier center specified in the Attempted Delivery Note, or request a re-delivery by the courier within 30 days.
For multiple items, we aim to ship in one package unless you request otherwise. We may deliver separately if necessary, with each shipment considered a separate contract. If you request separate shipments for an order, delivery charges will be based on the costliest destination.
All goods sold are non-returnable or refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the products in any way, please reach out to us; we welcome your feedback.
Unfortunately, no order cancellations are allowed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us, and we would be glad to help.
Users are not allowed to modify or distribute our intellectual property, including brand names, trademarks, designs, data, images, logos, or icons, and all other content on the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that all copyrights solely belong to us or the respective rights holders.

Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, at our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files, barring any further access. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site.
